the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast provided was tasty, and there were facilities for children, such as a playground. it was a great place to relax and enjoy nature.
The resort could improve on their communication regarding certain services, such as the need to run the tap for ten minutes before getting hot water.

Great view and relaxing atmosphere
We recently stayed in a serene resort surrounded by greenery. The location offered amazing clear views of the city below. We enjoyed the fresh air and peaceful ambiance. The villa was well furnished and clean. We particularly appreciated the breakfast delivery service and the friendly staff that greeted us upon arrival. The resort provided a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Our stay was not without faults. We did find some language barriers with the staff, which made communication challenging at times.

Spent Xmas with my family at this hotel. the outdoor scenery was amazing, surrounded by nature and fresh air. the staff was friendly and attentive, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. the continental breakfast was good and had a variety of options.
The location was a bit too far from any nearby attractions, making it difficult to explore the surrounding area. There were no activities or events offered during the holiday season, making it quite dull and boring.
